Cluster Server
MediaReactor Cluster
Server
allows you to
streamline the transcoding of a
large volume of media content.
A single interface
provides the setup and control over
multiple conversion "nodes", or
clients of the Cluster Server.
Each client is installed on a
dedicated server and performs its
specific conversion, to the selected
directory/subdirectory location on
internal, central or networked
storage as files are added to its
queue. Converted files are
immediately available for review or
distribution and function exactly as
files generated on hardware specific
to the format.
Based on a lower per-node cost,
MediaReactor Cluster Server
is an economical solution for
facilities with high volume
transcoding requirements, such as
render farms and content
distribution or repurposing
facilities. Dependable, high
quality, efficient processing may be
maintained using using a high speed
powerful storage solution either
recommended by, qualified by or provided
through Drastic.
Please contact Drastic

configurations.
